About Bath1
Bath1 is a free guide to business events, awards and the organisations that run them in and around Bath. It's run by Shared Ground. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Listings
- We don't run the events or sell tickets. Every booking is made directly with the organiser, on their own site and under their own terms.
- Details can change. We take listings from organisers' public pages and from what organisers send us, and we check them before they go live. Dates, venues and prices can still change, so please confirm with the organiser before you go.
- Sponsored content is always labelled. A sponsor's support never decides which events we list.
If you send us a listing
When you use "Add your event", you confirm that:
- the details are accurate and you're entitled to share them;
- you're allowed to share any logo you upload, and you let us show it on Bath1 to identify your organisation;
- if you name a key contact, they're happy for their name and role to appear.
Listing is free. We may edit a listing for length, clarity or style, and we may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
Corrections and removals
If something about your organisation or event is wrong, or you'd like it taken down, use the Add your event form or email hello@bath1.co.uk. We aim to act within two working days.
Content and trademarks
The Bath1 name, logo, design and text are © Shared Ground. Organisers' names and logos belong to them and appear only to identify who runs each event.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Bath1 accurate, but we can't guarantee every detail, and we're not responsible for events run by others or for organisers' websites. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
