Due to the current Covid-19 situation, parcel and pallet carriers are now experiencing extraordinarily high demand. Following the introduction of respective safety measures, deliveries may take longer than normal and we apologies for any inconvenience caused. 




We offer free delivery for orders over £150 excl. VAT to UK mainland only.

Orders must be made before 11 am weekdays (Monday to Friday) excluding Bank Holidays and weekends for next working day delivery.

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive payment confirmation for the purchase.

Deliveries are made by third-party companies and Bath1 cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. All items listed on the website include an estimated delivery time and cannot be guaranteed. Many factors such as stock shortages, weather conditions, traffic congestion or COVID 19 situation, etc. could impact the delivery time.

You may sometimes receive your order in parts due to goods being supplied by different manufacturers or in case items are due in stock. We reserve the right to do so, but no extra charge will be applied for these additional deliveries.

It is important that someone is available to receive the goods and to sign for the delivery when your order arrives. If the delivery address differs from the payment card registered address, it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that there is a person available to receive and sign for the delivery. All of our deliveries are a one-man, kerbside service, which means it is a Client’s responsibility to arrange for help to unload the goods during delivery (if required), and/or to store them inside the property.

In case of refused or failed delivery, an additional charge may occur and it must be paid prior to any further attempts to re-deliver.

Bath1 cannot be held liable for any losses due to the unexpected late arrival of the goods ordered as we are not liable for any trader’s costs, consequential loss, or compensation in any way. In this regard, tradespersons should NOT be booked until goods are received and duly checked.

All goods supplied, must be checked by the recipient for defects and damages within 48 hours period of delivery. Any defects must be reported to immediately but no later than 48 hours after delivery. We cannot be held liable for any warranty and/or defect claims made thereafter.
