You should choose product(s) you would like to buy, then click on the “Add to basket” button and simply click on “Proceed to checkout” to enter your delivery and payment details.

Yes, you can order as normal, but we will then let you know about the earliest possible delivery date once the order is placed.

We offer online Credit/Debit Card payments (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) as well as PayPal.

We do next working day deliveries to the UK Mainland for orders placed before the order cut-off time at 11am. Orders placed after 11am. will be delivered on the following working day (on the 2nd day following the order placement day).

Yes, we offer a nominated delivery date and you can choose that at the checkout. You could also change your initial delivery date, but it depends on the actual status of your order – we can re-arrange your delivery to a later date, only if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Please chat to a member of our team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help you sorting it out.

We deliver Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) between 7:30am and 5pm. – we do not do deliveries over the weekend.

We offer a Free delivery for orders over £150 incl. VAT. Orders below this value will be subject to a £14.40 incl. VAT surcharge.

We offer next day delivery to the UK Mainland for most of our products. Products which require longer delivery times are clearly indicated on the product page and at the checkout.

It is important that someone is available to receive the goods and to sign for the delivery when your order arrives. If the delivery address differs from the payment card registered address, it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that there is a person available to receive and sign for the delivery. All of our deliveries are a one-man, kerbside service, which means it is a Client’s responsibility to arrange for help to unload the goods during delivery (if required), and/or to store them inside the property.

If you are not satisfied with the order or you have changed your mind, you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a refund.

Please note that where goods are incorrectly ordered or unwanted, the original shipping cost will not be refunded and the respective restocking fee (up to 40% for some products) will be deducted from the refund amount.

You do not have the right to cancel any goods made to your custom specifications/ made to measure.
